According to the “Weminer User Service Agreement”, users are responsible for paying electricity bills on time. If no payment of electricity is deemed to be a breach of contract, the platform has the right to punish the breach of contract accordingly. Weminer stipulates that the electricity bill may be renewed within a certain period to restore the order after the payment of the electricity bill is owed, but it cannot exceed 3 times at most, and each time cannot exceed 3 days. If the electricity bill has been owed more than 3 times (including 3 times), the platform will close the order. Please remember to pay the electricity bill in time.
The steps to renew the electricity bill are as follows:
Firstly confirm that there is enough USDT balance in your account to pay for the electricity bill. If the balance is insufficient, you should top up USDT first.
Step 1: Log in to the official website, select "My Account" on the homepage, and click "My Hashrate" to view the historical orders.
Step 2: On the page of viewing historical orders, click on "renew electricity", enter the renewal page, and click on the number of days to pay.
